A workman does not create without raw materials. If God created the universe, in the absense of any material to work with, then he had to use himself as the raw material for creation.
What does this mean? It means that God is in you and around you. It means that every interaction with the world around you is an interaction with God himself. It means that if you take all your experiences, every minute particle of creation, and combine them as if they were a puzzle, you find yourself staring in the face of God.
