I wanted to just let everyone know why the ads and online bookstore are there:

1. To deliver content to you that you may enjoy

2. It’s no secret that websites cost money. It’s also no secret that churches cost money. So, I’m attempting to offset the costs with things on here you might like. 100% of the revenue will go into continuing this website and the church.

PLEASE DO NOT CLICK THE ADS TO “SUPPORT” US. Only click the ads if you’re genuinely interested in the ad. If you wish to support the website, then buy products from the online bookstore.
For those of you upset by ads, I apologize.

Wow… I hadn’t even noticed the book store. If I decide to do some reading on Crowley this summer (The Crowley Reader and biographies look interesting), I’ll make sure I get it here.

Yeah, I know when people see ads they’re probably like “oh, he’s trying to make money off us” but that’s not it….especially for the amount of traffic I get. I just want my ministries to be self-supporting if possible. Since this website has been up, it’s cost me $100. My ministry outside of the website has cost me somewhere between $200-$300. I’ve performed one wedding $75 and I’m about to get my first check from Revver - $20. So, that means around $300 out of my pocket. I’m about to have a kid, so obviously I’d want the ministry to be more self sufficient….especially when that doesn’t take into account books, my personal religious supplies, etc. The trip for ordination alone ended up costing around $600 but that’s not included in those figures.

I don’t like ads, but I understand your need. At any rate, I think it’s ironic how so many of them are from evangelical Christian groups, due to Google picking up on words like “Gnostic”. It’s rather amusing.
